We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Operations Data Analyst to join our team.

This is a foundational role in a newly established department focused on tracking and analyzing operational data across our clinical research processes.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience, be adept at organizing and analyzing data, and possess a keen eye for identifying bottlenecks in operations.

Preference will be given to candidates with a bachelor’s degree from IBA.

Key Responsibilities : Collect, clean, and organize operational data from various clinical research projects and business units.

Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in clinical and operational workflows, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.

Develop dashboards and reports that provide insights into the performance and health of clinical operations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) for clinical research and operational success.

Assist in designing and implementing data tracking systems for real-time reporting and monitoring.

Support leadership in strategic decision-making by delivering data-driven insights related to clinical research operations.

Ensure adherence to data security and confidentiality standards in handling clinical research data.

Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree from IBA preferred.

1-3 years of experience in operations, data analysis, or a related field, preferably in a clinical or healthcare environment.

Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.

Analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.

Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining high accuracy.
