Job Summary :
The Wholesale Media Specialist will support both the Amazon and Walmart on site customer experience. This includes advertising, creative and catalog. This position leads search and display marketing for Walmart.com, taking ownership of the execution, performance, and growth of paid search campaigns and display ads. They will partner with the Walmart Account Executive and Marketing Coordinator on strategy, leveraging their expertise to drive performance.
In addition to Walmart Ads this role will support both the Amazon and Walmart team on catalog, brand store and creative execution. Onboarding and optimization of these levers will help to enhance customer experience on site and drive conversion.

Walmart Ads
- Lead the end-to-end management of enterprise-level paid search campaigns, including campaign setup, daily optimizations, ongoing performance analysis, and strategic directions.
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve business goals. Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to guide future strategies. Go beyond the numbers to tell the story and drive meaningful changes.
- Work closely with internal teams and provide regular updates on campaigns’ performance to the management and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure all campaigns are set up and managed with attention to detail, maintaining accuracy and delivering on objectives.
Wholesale Customer Experience
Refresh Seasonal imagery and products in the Amazon & Walmart Brand storesAdd product images, lifestyle images, video and A+ content to product detail pagesSupport in seasonal product set up for both Amazon and WalmartGeneral catalog maintenance, including but not limited to, detail page audits, keyword optimizations, suggestions on conversion driving creative assets.Education and Experience :
3-4 years of hands-on performance digital marketing experience.Advanced understanding and knowledge of Microsoft Excel.Experience in developing and executing programmatic strategies that align with brand’s objectives, drive performance, and deliver clear results.The ability to clearly articulate insights, performance reports, and strategic recommendations.Comfortable working cross-functionally with creative, strategy, analytics, and account teams to execute and optimize campaigns.A keen eye for detail, particularly in campaign setup, monitoring, and performance tracking to ensure everything is executed with precision.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
