Job Role / Responsibilities :
You will be responsible to schedule and conduct routine mechanical preventive and corrective maintenance. You will also diagnose and report findings on larger equipment failures providing repair recommendations and cost estimates to Manager. You are expected to maintain all equipment within all applicable codes and licensing requirements. Specifically, you will be responsible to :
- monitor and maintain all mechanical systems for optimum performance
- perform technical inspection of the assigned equipment plants / installations. In case of any abnormality, take immediate corrective action
- review design drawings for all requested changes to improve the existing facilities and share your concerns for smooth and successful execution the project / task
- supervise activities of contractors, vendor personnel; monitors contracts for compliance and control costs; perform quality control inspections to ensure adherence to performance standards
- develop a team of highly motivated skilled staff can able to assist in achieving departmental goals, tasks
- assist in annual budget planning process and monitors expenditures on a regular basis
- identify and recommend replacement options in upcoming budget cycle based on annual equipment replacement plan and performance of the equipment.
Eligibility Criteria / Requirements :
Bachelors of Engineering (Mechanical / Industrial or Marine)5 to 7 years of related experience including 3 to 5 years of supervisory experienceshall be familiar with industry mechanical standards and codespossesses working knowledge of mechanical equipment applicable to hospital / hotel industrygood verbal and written communication skills in English & Urduability to work as part of a teamcapable to work with minimum supervisionfamiliar with quality assurance system and concepts.
