Summary / Purpose :
Lab 8 is a premium content execution company. We help high-growth brands build a repeatable system for publishing videos, posts, and creative that actually shows up, every week.
We’re looking for a Head of Operations who can run the machine. Someone who thrives on structure, momentum, accountability, and clarity.T his person will lead the internal team, manage all operations, and make sure clients get what they were promised on time, at a high standard, with zero chaos.

Capacity to Do It : You have the experience, maturity, and skill to lead a team, run systems, track delivery, and manage people with calm confidence. You’re not guessing. You’ve done this before and can bring that leadership into Lab 8 from day one.
What You’ll Own :
- Day-to-day operations across client delivery and internal execution
- Leading a cross-functional team of creatives, writers, editors, and project managers
- Building and improving internal systems and workflows (Notion, Airtable, etc.)
- Managing weekly and monthly production schedules
- Ensuring all client deliverables are sent on time, in scope, and on brand
- Holding every team member accountable to clear outcomes
- Communicating priorities, updates, and blockers clearly across the team
- Making fast decisions that protect both quality and speed
- Hiring, onboarding, and managing team members as we scale
- Reviewing performance data and solving bottlenecks

5+ years leading operations or delivery in a content, agency, or marketing companyStrong background managing remote teams and creative workstreamsProven experience building workflows, managing timelines, and driving accountabilityExceptional communication and leadership skillsFamiliarity with tools like Notion, Airtable, Slack, and Google DriveComfort managing both creative talent and operational team membersA deep belief in systems over chaosObsession with outcomes over activityClear thinking, calm energy, and a builder mindset
