Responsibility

  • Exclusive and dedicated support : Provide real-time and exclusive support for CMPak A2P project during delivery phase and after sales support phase.
  • Collaboration & Coordination : Work closely with internal teams (CMI A2P project operation support team) and manage relationship between external partners (CMPak LDI, NP, NOMC, and Huawei support team).
  • Reporting & Documentation : Provide weekly report to management and all stake holders regarding project running and operation status.
  • CMPak Data Centre Operations : Oversee site work arrangements, including cabling, power supply, and equipment rack mount installation, ensuring smooth data center operations.
  • Network & Routing Expertise : Apply knowledge of IP routing, including OSPF protocol, and manage IP router / switch operations to optimize network performance.
  • Mobile Network Architecture : Ensure a deep understanding of mobile data network architecture to support A2P messaging operations effectively.
  • VoIP & Telecommunications Systems : Leverage expertise in VoIP protocols such as SIP, SDP, and RTP, as well as Session Border Controller technology, mobile voice network architecture, and TDM network operations.
  • SMS & Messaging Infrastructure : Develop and maintain expertise in SMS applications, SMPP protocol, SS7 protocol, and relevant network architectures supporting SMS delivery.
  • General Technical Support : Provide technical support for CMI projects in Pakistan for ICT.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support, preferably in A2P messaging, telecom, or networking.
  • Strong understanding of SMS routing, messaging protocols (SMPP, SS7, SIP), and firewall operations.
  • Hands-on experience with messaging platforms and monitoring tools.
  • Familiarity with OTT interconnections and telecom regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Candidates with less experience would be considered for junior positions.
