We are seeking a Global SHE Capability specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a member of the SHE capability expertise team Zero Harm to Community, focusing on Process Safety and Go to Market Safety, owning the delivery the Learning programs and solutions in scope, and thus enhancing capability and fostering a strong SHE culture on sites and within and beyond the Unilever organization.

- Owner of the learning programs and solution of the expertise platform Zero Harm to Community
- Is the overall subject matter expert of these solutions.
- Keeps track of progress on delivery within the scope of the expertise platform
- Ability to learn various (digital) learning systems used in SHE and Unilever, understand interactions, able to implement chosen system and manage interactions
Leadership
Responsible for the delivery of the Learning programs for the Expertise Platform per agreed plan in year.Coordinates training sessions and / or trains the trainer across the globe to successfully implement in year; provides guidance and supportCoordinates SMEs to ensure content is fit for purpose and solution functions as neededLeads by example; speaks up, encourages safe behaviors and practices, fosters a learning environmentTakes ownership of the program and leads communication to all stakeholdersStrategy
Supports the development Learning Strategies that align with organizational goalsSupport Assessment of Learning Needs by conducting an organizational needs assessment to identify specific training requirementsSupport the Design of Training Curriculum : choosing and adopting the curriculum and learning materials to the suitable formats, including e-learning, workshops, and seminarsSupport evaluation Effectiveness by tracking the effectiveness of learning programs against measures of success, certification and through various evaluation methodsContinuous Improvement
Addresses functional issues, makes recommendation and builds improvements based on user feedback;Ensures content of material is up to date.Assists in drafting revisions and amendments of existing training materialStays up to date with new technologies and opportunities to improve the solution functionalityTeamwork :
Collaborates within the SMEs and specialists within the SHE capability team and users to ensure the solutions deliver as per plan .Fosters the relationships within SHE and with other functions to ensure smooth functionality of solutions dailyComfortable with and able to work with stakeholders outside of SHE and external expertise to deliver per planQualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in data science, engineering, process safety or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in SHE, engineering, UniOpsStrong communication, and problem-solving skills.Proven ability to deliver on time in fullExperience working in a multicultural environment.Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.Proficiency in SHE management systems and toolsExcellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and site personnel.Certification in safety training (, OSHA, NEBOSH) is a plus.We highly encourage applicants to exclude information on age, gender, and school / s in view of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion.
