Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategically minded Sales Development Representative (SDR) with proven expertise in HubSpot CRM and a track record of successfully selling services in the U.S. market. The ideal candidate is not only a CRM power user but also an expert in multichannel outreach and strategic business development. The candidate will be responsible for building a strong pipeline of leads, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments that convert into long-term customers for us.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage HubSpot CRM to manage and track all lead generation activities, including email sequences, call outcomes, LinkedIn engagement, and pipeline progression
- Execute a multichannel outreach strategy (email, outbound calling, LinkedIn, SMS) to identify, engage, and qualify high-potential leads
- Develop a strong understanding of unique value proposition and effectively communicate it to prospective clients
- Book qualified meetings for the CEO
- Perform market research and account mapping to identify key decision-makers in educational institutions, school districts, tutoring centers, and community organizations
- Maintain consistent follow-up and nurturing cadence with cold and warm leads
- Analyze campaign performance, optimize outreach strategies, and collaborate with leadership to improve conversion rates
- Document all prospecting activity in HubSpot and contribute to regular reporting and forecasting
Requirements
2+ years of SDR / BDR experience, preferably with the U.S.-based Tech companies or clientsProficient in HubSpot CRM (workflow automation, email sequences, reporting, lead scoring)Demonstrated success in outbound sales using a multichannel approach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, text)Proven ability to develop high-quality leads and consistently hit or exceed quotaStrong written and verbal communication skills tailored for U.S. audiencesStrategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and tailor outreach accordinglyBenefits
