Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Brand Designer with a stellar portfolio showcasing exceptional logo design, brand identities, print design, mockups, and comprehensive style guides. The ideal candidate is a creative visionary with a strong understanding of branding principles, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate concepts into visually stunning designs that resonate with target audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and design unique, impactful logos and cohesive brand identities that align with Cigul’s vision and client objectives.

Create high-quality print designs, including business cards, brochures, packaging, and other collateral.

Produce professional mockups to showcase designs in real-world applications.

Craft detailed brand style guides, including typography, color palettes, iconography, and usage guidelines, to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to translate creative briefs into compelling visual solutions.

Stay updated on design trends, tools, and industry best practices to keep Cigul’s branding fresh and competitive.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality.

Provide creative direction and feedback to junior designers or freelancers, if applicable.

Qualifications / Requirements

Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in brand design, graphic design, or a related field.

A top-tier portfolio demonstrating expertise in logo design, brand identity systems, print design, mockups, and style guides (portfolio submission is mandatory with application).

Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, or similar software.

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and branding strategies.

Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for creating visually stunning, user-centric designs.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory with a strong portfolio).
