About the Role

Karo Solutions is hiring on behalf of our client, Trivium Group —an international e-commerce performance agency specializing in marketplace growth across platforms like Amazon and TikTok Shop.

We are looking for a TikTok Shop Specialist to support daily operations across multiple client shops at Trivium. This role involves managing listings, promotions, creator coordination, and ensuring platform compliance.

You’ll play a critical role in growing shop performance and brand visibility, with strong potential to progress into a Shop Lead position.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product listings, approvals, pricing updates, and promotions on TikTok Shop
• Monitor shop health, resolve compliance issues, and manage platform escalations
• Coordinate creator outreach and affiliate campaigns using tools like Euka, Reacher, Kalodata , and Shoplus
• Track and analyze performance metrics, providing actionable recommendations
• Support internal reporting and client communications
