Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Training Consultant

Bachelors or Masters degree (or graduate level coursework) in Training, Instructional Design, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Human Performance Technology, or related fieAs a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Training Consultant, you will be responsible for the following :
Finalizing the overall program Training Strategy and creating the Training PlanCreating a role-based, instructor-led curriculum for D365 end users in Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Commerce (POS Store Inventory)Analyzing training requirements and providing input to the learning curriculumDeveloping and editing D365 Task Guides / Recordings; developing course presentations, course outlines, quick reference guides, and other training documentationCollaborating with leads and subject matter experts to develop courseware and documentationCollaborating with the process owners and subject matter experts to document new business processes, related policies, and proceduresDeveloping and testing any exercises or demonstrations prior to training deliveryProviding support and guidance to instructorsRole Requirements :
Being a Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Training Consultant requires the following :
5 to 10 years of experience creating learning materials to support the major ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics)Ability to develop and edit Task Guides and Task Recordings in Microsoft D365Ability to assemble a role-based training curriculum for all identified end usersAbility to confirm learning strategies based on client requirements, available resources, and project parametersAbility to develop course outlines, presentations, and required quick reference guidesAbility to work closely with clients and subject matter experts to develop materialsUnderstanding of the quality review process related to course materialsAbility to meet deadlines and manage a variety of concurrent tasksDevelopment of courseware templates and standards, as neededUnderstanding of the integration between training, security, and organizational designProficiency with Microsoft Office applications3-5 years of previous experience developing instructor-led courseware using MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint)Experience in analyzing training requirements and developing training curriculaExperience in collaborating with business analysts and subject matter experts on loading and building data to support the delivery of classroom trainingExperience in using one or more of the following training development / documentation tools :Dynamics 365 Learning GuidesExperience in delivering instructor-led trainingManagement of project training deliverablesAbility to develop and implement quality management processesStrong problem-solving skillsExcellent leadership abilitiesAbility to understand and apply key organizational and change management concepts in the development and deployment of the training programAbility to develop and implement an evaluation strategy for trainingExcellent oral and written communication skillsKey Skills :
