Job descriptionDrive consistent growth in sales volume and market share across the assigned territory. Identify, onboard, and develop new accounts to expand market reach. Develop and implement effective sales strategies; monitor and analyze sales performance data for continuous improvement. Supervise, support, and motivate field sales teams to achieve operational excellence. Ensure timely achievement of assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements :
- 3-5 years of proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in team management.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in sales reporting tools and data-driven decision-making.
