Manager / Senior Manager – Accounting

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Manager / Senior Manager – Accounting to lead the accounting function for the Confiz Group. The ideal candidate will oversee the integrity and accuracy of financial records across all group entities, lead external audits, ensure tax compliance in multiple jurisdictions, and implement best-in-class accounting processes and controls.

This is a pivotal leadership role that requires a hands‑on professional with strong technical accounting knowledge, an eye for detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic, multi‑entity environment.

Responsibilities

1. Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Oversee the preparation and maintenance of accurate financial records for all Confiz Group entities in accordance with IFRS and local regulations.
• Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
• Lead the consolidation of group financial statements.
• Review and finalize journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Implement and maintain strong internal controls and accounting policies.
