Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes, systems, and workflows, identifying areas for improvement, optimization, and automation.
Facilitate cross-functional workshops and focus groups to gather requirements, elicit feedback, and document current and future-state process maps.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to design and implement process improvements and enhancements that drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Define and implement process performance metrics, benchmarks, and targets to measure progress, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Establish and maintain governance structures, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency, compliance, and accountability in business process management practices.
Develop and deliver training programs and materials to build process management capabilities across the organization, fostering a culture of process excellence and continuous improvement.
Partner with technology teams to evaluate, select, and implement process automation tools and technologies that streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
Monitor and report on key process performance indicators, trends, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Lead change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication plans, and training programs, to support successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business process management, sharing insights and recommendations with internal teams and stakeholders.
Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives aimed at driving business transformation, innovation, and growth.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 11 years of progressive experience in business process management, process improvement, or related roles, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence and business results.
Experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and techniques.
Experience in working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to elicit and document requirements.
Expert knowledge of business process analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques, such as Lean Six Sigma, BPMN, or similar frameworks.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and drive project outcomes.
Experience with process automation technologies, workflow tools, and business process management software platforms.
Experience with system integration concepts, including API documentation, testing, and orchestration, as well as RESTful / SOAP web services, message queues, and data transformation techniques (JSON, XML, etc.).
Ability to collaborate closely with solution architects, integration developers, and data analysts to define and support end-to-end process integration between internal and external systems.
Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to changing priorities, and drive consensus in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Familiarity with industry-specific regulations, compliance requirements, and governance frameworks.
Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA), project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2), or related fields preferred.
