Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Analyst to lead market research, business expansion strategies, and client acquisition efforts in the US and Australian Engineering sectors . The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth market research, analyzing industry trends, developing marketing strategies, and driving business growth through data-driven insights. This role will also involve meeting with potential clients, evaluating ROI, and supporting business acquisition initiatives .
- Conduct primary and secondary research on the US & Australian Engineering markets , including industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior.
- Analyze market size, growth potential, and key opportunities for business expansion.
- Identify emerging trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements impacting the engineering sector.
- Prepare detailed market intelligence reports, SWOT analysis, and competitor benchmarking .
- Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to penetrate the US & Australian engineering markets.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify new business opportunities .
- Recommend service positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans .
- Evaluate potential partnerships, alliances, and M&A opportunities for business growth.
- Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and business expansion initiatives.
- Prepare ROI reports and present findings to senior management.
- Engage with potential clients, industry stakeholders, and partners in the US & Australia.
- Attend business meetings and networking events to drive lead generation.
- Conduct customer needs analysis to align offerings with market demand.
Requirements
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.Minimum 4+ years of experience in market research, business analysis, or marketing strategy (preferably in Engineering).Strong knowledge of US & Australian engineering markets (construction & infrastructure etc.).Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation .Excellent presentation, negotiation, and client-facing skills .Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and lead generation strategies .Familiarity with government tenders and contracts in engineering sectors .
