Job Description

  • Accurately input and manage client and project data, including intake, bidding, submissions, and approvals.
  • Track project status and ensure updates are reflected promptly across relevant departments.
  • Record and maintain client feedback notes to support service quality and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project milestones and documentation are aligned.
  • Identify and suggest improvements to internal systems and workflows for better efficiency and usability.
  • Generate basic project reports and assist in documentation management.
  • Communicate with contractors and general contractors (GCs) to clarify project details as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in project coordination, data entry, or operations support preferably in construction or engineering.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with communication and collaboration tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and email platforms.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and documentation skills.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to suggest and support process and system improvements.
