Pavago is looking for a Senior SEO Specialist to join their client's dynamic team — someone who can bring both technical SEO expertise and creative content strategy to the table. Key Responsibilities
Technical SEO
- Conduct in-depth SEO audits (crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, etc.)
- Identify and prioritize site issues; collaborate with developers to implement fixes
- Optimize site speed, mobile responsiveness, internal linking, schema markup, and redirects
- Manage sitemap.xml and robots.txt configurations
- Ensure GA4 and Google Search Console are properly set up and tracking SEO KPIs
- Proactively respond to algorithm updates and adjust strategies
- Evaluate UX and conversion pathways to help turn organic traffic into leads
- Conduct competitor research and monitor evolving search trends
Content Strategy
Perform keyword research, content gap analysis, and SERP auditsDevelop SEO-driven content calendars with strategists and copywritersWrite content briefs for landing pages, blogs, and service pages with clear optimization guidelinesOversee on-page SEO : metadata, headings, semantic HTML, and internal linkingMonitor performance of new and updated content; iterate for better resultsMaintain quality standards and SEO consistency across all content assetsRequirements
2–4 years of hands-on SEO experience (agency experience preferred)Strong grasp of both technical SEO and on-page / content SEODemonstrated ability to lead technical audits and collaborate with developersProven track record of building and executing SEO-driven content strategiesFamiliarity with SEO tools such as GA4, GSC, Ahrefs / SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Looker StudioFluent in English (written and verbal) and comfortable with client communicationBonus : experience with local SEO, schema markup, and conversion-focused UXWhat Makes You a Perfect Fit
