Company Overview :

Our client, a Karachi based company, seeks to appoint an experienced and seasoned sales professional for the following roles :

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor sales performance, generate reports, and assign area-wise targets to ensure achievement of sales goals
  • Coordinate and resolve with technical teams and contractors, maintenance and housekeeping issues of retail outlets, ensuring compliance with company standards to improve customer service at outlet
  • Motivate business partners to achieve monthly targets and enhance performance at underperforming sites
  • Prepare Daily Sales Control Sheets and track outlet-wise and territory-level sales
  • Conduct retail outlet inspection on routine basis ensuring all necessary departmental KPIs are met
  • Ensure all products are sold at announced rates, maintaining 100% quality and quantity standards
  • Conduct monthly stock variation checks at every outlet to ensure availability
  • Conduct customer service and safety training for outlet staff and also address and resolve customer complaints
  • Enforce HSE standards and product compliance as per company policies
  • Actively support and participate in all consumer / trade promotional activities
  • Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis
  • Ensure premium standards and quality services are maintained at customer touch points

Education

  • Minimum 16 years of education, preferably Masters from a renowned HEC recognized university or institution / equivalent foreign degree holder institution, preferably in Marketing / Sales or a related field.
  • Experience

  • Preferably 3-7 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national / multinational organization with at least 2-5 years of related functional experience in a similar role at an equivalent position or in one level below position.
  • Requirements

  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Analytical skills to conduct and interpret business analyses
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools
  • Capacity to understand all sales functional areas i.e. Sales Development, Customer relationship, Distribution handling
  • Prior experience in B2B or B2C sales will be a plus
  • Experience in the petroleum industry is also preferred
