We are seeking driven, results‑oriented individuals to join our team as an E-commerce Sales Associate —a crucial client‑facing role often referred to internally as a Growth Consultant .

This is not a traditional call center job. You are an expert communicator and a strategic seller responsible for generating new sales, managing a pipeline of qualified leads, and positioning our high‑performance solutions as the key to client success. If you thrive on closing deals and earning uncapped commissions in a fast‑paced, remote environment, this role is for you.

Your High‑Impact Responsibilities

• Sales and Revenue Generation
• Pipeline Ownership : Manage the end‑to‑end sales cycle, from initial prospect outreach and qualification through product demonstration, negotiation, and contract closure.
• Strategic Consulting : Act as a trusted consultant, deeply understanding prospective clients’ e‑commerce challenges (e.g., cart abandonment, conversion rates) and demonstrating how our solutions solve those pain points.
• Quota Achievement : Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Client Communication and Expertise : Conduct compelling, tailored virtual presentations and product demos for decision‑makers (Founders, CEOs, Marketing Directors). Handle objections, master competitive landscape, articulate clear value propositions.
• CRM Management : Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities, pipeline stages, and client interactions within our CRM system (e.g., HubSpot / Salesforce).
