Job Description

  • Source, screen, and recruit civil engineers, structural engineers, project managers, and surveyors for permanent and contract roles.
  • Utilize industry-specific channels (LinkedIn, Indeed & University Partnerships).
  • Evaluate technical skills (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera, Mitek etc) and licensure / certifications (PE, PMP).
  • Partner with engineering managers / stakeholders to define role requirements, competencies, and team & organization fit.
  • Organize career fairs at engineering schools / universities (e.g., NUST, UET, NED & Others) and industry events.
  • Develop creative outreach programs (e.g., internships, graduate trainee) to engage passive candidates.

Requirements

  • Qualification . MS / MBA (HRM), MHRM or masters degree in HR from reputed institutions ( NUST, Bahria or SZABIST) .
  • Experience . Minimum of 3 ~ 4 years of hands-on experience in technical recruitment , ideally with a focus on hiring engineers. Must have prior experience in organizing job fairs and engaging with placement centers .
