Job descriptionCompetitive monthly rate (based on experience). Long‑term remote opportunity with consistent full‑time work. Training and mentorship to grow within the industry. Experience in eCommerce product management, content management, or catalog maintenance. Strong organizational and categorization skills. Proficiency in working with product databases, diagrams, and online catalogs. Basic understanding of B2B or hardware‑related industries is a plus. Must be able to work during EST hours (9 AM – 5 PM New York Time). Detail‑oriented with the ability to detect small differences among thousands of parts. A fast learner who is genuinely interested in understanding the door hardware industry. Focused and analytical, with a proactive mindset. Not afraid to ask clarifying questions when instructions are unclear. Honest and dedicated to consistently filling the full work hours with quality output.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze price books and parts manuals to identify and structure product information.
- Add and update products and parts (up to 1,000+ per brand) into the system.
- Create and manage model‑specific pages and link parts accurately to interactive diagrams.
- Categorize parts by brand, series, product type, and subcategories.
- Ensure filtering, tagging, and sorting logic is applied correctly to support customer navigation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand brand structure and technical documentation.
Compensation & Benefits
Work Schedule : Full‑time | 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM EST (New York Time)
