Job Summary : As a People Success Manager, you will champion employee engagement, career development, performance optimization, and retention across the organization.

You’ll play a strategic role in cultivating a high-performance culture that aligns individual success with company goals while modernizing HR practices in a fast-paced tech environment.

Key Responsibilities : Employee Engagement & Culture Lead initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and workplace experience.

Conduct regular engagement surveys and implement data-driven improvements.

Foster a culture of inclusivity, transparency, and recognition.

Talent Development & Retention Design and manage onboarding and professional development frameworks.

Collaborate with team leads to build growth pathways and succession plans.

Support retention strategies including bond agreements and career advancement planning.

Performance Management Oversee the employee evaluation process, using Microsoft 365 tools for automation and reporting.

Train managers in goal-setting, continuous feedback, and appraisal delivery.

Analyze performance trends to align talent output with business targets.

Policy & Compliance Ensure adherence to internal HR policies, Pakistani labor laws, and ISO-related compliance requirements.

Maintain documentation for all employee lifecycle activities and training programs.

HR Analytics & Tools Use HR metrics to inform decisions and report on employee trends.

Drive adoption of digital HR solutions to streamline internal processes.

Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or Business (Master’s preferred).

4+ years of HR or People Operations experience in IT, software, or marketing industries.

Professional HR certifications (e.g., CHRP, SHRM-CP ) preferred.

Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms and Microsoft 365 (Excel, Power Automate, SharePoint).

Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving abilities.

A people-first mindset with a focus on measurable results.
