We are looking for a strategic, resourceful, and execution-focused Growth Hacker / Marketing Manager who can figure out creative ways to acquire and retain users without relying on paid acquisition. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, can devise and execute growth strategies, and are obsessed with metrics, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute low-cost growth strategies to acquire job seekers and employers for our AI voice bot.
• Identify and test unpaid acquisition channels such as community partnerships, referral programs, content marketing, SEO, and virality loops.
• Create and optimize user onboarding journeys to drive engagement and retention.
• Work closely with the product and engineering teams to implement growth hacks directly within the platform.
• Run rapid A / B tests and data-driven experiments to optimize conversion and retention.
• Leverage social media, online communities, and influencer collaborations to drive organic adoption.
• Develop and execute outbound growth campaigns (cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, etc.).
• Analyze data and key growth metrics to refine strategies and improve performance.
