We are seeking a proactive and results‑driven Upwork Bidder / Business Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, writing compelling proposals, and closing deals on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr.
Key Responsibilities
- Search and bid on relevant IT, design, and development projects daily.
- Craft customized, winning proposals aligned with client requirements.
- Maintain strong communication with clients from initial inquiry to project closure.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to prepare accurate project estimates.
- Track, manage, and report bidding performance, leads, and conversions.
- Build and maintain long‑term client relationships for repeat business.
Requirements
Proven experience in online bidding (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.).Strong written and verbal English communication skills.Understanding of IT services (web / app development, design, digital marketing, etc.).Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines efficiently.Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and eager to grow with the company.Preferred
Experience using CRM or lead tracking tools.Understanding of proposal pricing and project negotiation.Job Type
