Coordination of O&M activities of international transmission media with International Carriers, Consortium bodies and PTCL International Transmission for Satellite / SMW-3, SMW-4 and IMEWE cable systems for reliable and efficient network operation. Responsibilities

Coordination of O&M activities of international transmission media with International Carriers, Consortium bodies and PTCL International Transmission for Satellite / SMW-3, SMW-4 and IMEWE cable systems for reliable and efficient network operation Preparation of Daily Interruption reports of international transmission network PTCL designated member of O&M Sub Committee of SMW3, SMW4 & IMEWE submarine cable system Preparation of operational budget for Satellite bandwidth and submarine cables and processing of Satellite & SMW3 / 4 O&M invoices for payment Act as point of Service Activation for Inmarsat services & Invoices verification International Capacity Management

Management of Satellite bandwidth and carrier-based services Coordination with bilateral operators, Intelsat and PTCL Earth Stations for activation, de-activation, up / downgradation and re-grooming of Satellite carriers Link Budget preparation for leased capacity particularly for Domsat and VSAT under Sky-link Service Coordinate with Intelsat / SMW-3 / 4 and International TX units for activation, de-activation and relocation of SMW-3 / 4 and Satellite / VSAT circuits Any other projects assigned by the Supervisor Job Specification

COMPETENCIES Education : Advanced degree in Engineering Expertise : Extensive experience in relevant field Other skills : Team Work Negotiation Skills Time and Meeting Management Excellent communication skills
