Human Appeal has seven International Field Offices across the globe.
Main Job Purpose
The position facilitates the CD / Head of Programs-HOP in conceiving, strategizing and implementation of HA-Pk programs in line with Country Strategy Paper (CSP) with close collaboration to Field staff, local and national partner NGOs, government and Communities effectively and efficiently. He / she will develop proposals / concept notes for resource mobilization in consultation with HOP, concerned stakeholders and other related departments to ensure the integration.
The Manager Program is responsible to plan, execute (physical and financial targets), monitor and submit reports of all projects / programs under assigned thematic area with the support of its funding partners. He / She also assist in hiring project team, their orientation and management according to project requirements.

Accountabilities
Main Responsibilities
- Potential funding opportunities are explored and program / projects proposals are developed according to project cycle management using the LFA and other formats as per requirements.
- Ensuring programs are aligned with organizational goals, mission, vision and humanitarian principles
- Project / Programs are managed and executed on time and within budget as per proposal and donors’ requirement.
- Ensure technical backstopping to field offices and partners during implementation to ensure the quality and effectiveness at ground level.
- Ensure the financial budgets are approved according to HA-Pk policy and executed as per implementation plan approved.
- Ensure the documentation and reports as per HA-Pk and donors’ requirements on prescribed formats within agreed time lines.
- Linkages and networking with like-minded organizations, institutional donors, government, and corporate sector to exploit the available opportunities and for the visibility of the HA-Pk work.
- Liaison with HA-UK office for available funding opportunities, allocations, reporting and other day to day work.
- Partners’ proposals, Contractors bids and community requests are assessed as per developed criteria and guidelines, and thoroughly monitored the agreements signed to ensure the execution as per agreement.
- To track the achievements / progress against objectives as per deadlines and ensure Human Appeals’ visibility.
- Act as the official representative of the organization (HA) in coordination meetings, cluster forums, expos, seminars, and other relevant external engagements to ensure effective collaboration and visibility.
- Maintain systematic filing and archiving of all project-related documents to ensure timely retrieval and compliance with organizational and donor requirements.
- Plan and conduct comprehensive needs assessments in target areas to inform project design and implementation strategies.
- Identify and manage programs risks, including security, financial, and reputational risks.
- Organize and facilitate field visits for internal teams, donors, and other stakeholders to monitor project progress and impact.
- Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of assigned field offices, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement transparent beneficiary selection criteria aligned with project objectives, ensuring fair and accurate identification of target groups.
- Coordinate with local authorities and administrative bodies to obtain necessary No Objection Certificates (NOCs) and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Facilitate effective intra-departmental communication and coordination to support seamless project execution and information flow.
- Monitor and manage project budgets in accordance with the Chart of Accounts (COA), ensuring financial accountability and alignment with project deliverables.
- Identify, document, and present impactful case studies and success stories that demonstrate the effectiveness and outcomes of project interventions. Ensure these narratives reflect beneficiary experiences, project achievements, and lessons learned, and are suitable for reporting, advocacy, and donor engagement.
Job Requirements
Education :
Minimum Masters in Agriculture sciences, Environment, Natural Resource Management, or professional degree in technical field along withExperience
7-10 years of working experience in the field for development Sector. 3-5 years of managerial experience is essential.Computer Skills
Computer literate and proficient in MS Office SuiteLanguages :
