Job Role / Responsibilities :
You are required to :
- developing and conducting courses pertaining to the orientation, basic skills training, in-service, continuing education and sessions for the development of nursing staff
- conducting needs analysis for the nursing and patient care skills required by the staff
- preparing learning experiences to share with staff in academic sessions
- conducting post-evaluations for the effectiveness of learning by the staff
- certifying and supervising the clinical performance of the interns and staff
- performing the required clinical tasks depending on the patient acuity.
Eligibility Criteria / Requirements : You should have :
a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing (BScN) from an accredited schoolvalid license from Pakistan Nursing Councilat least 1-2 years of experience in critical care areahands on skill on ventilator, CRRT dealing and hemodynamics monitoring American Heart Association certified BLS / ACLS Instructorpreferably post-basic course in at least one clinical specialtyat least three years’ experience of clinical teaching as well as clinical practiceexcellent knowledge of nursing practicesgood interpersonal skills including the ability to effectively communicate with peoplewillingness to work in morning, evening and night shifts.Disclaimer :
