Purpose of the Role :

We are seeking a Microsoft Planner / Projects Data Transfer Assistant to support the migration of data and workflows from ASANA to Microsoft Planner and Projects. This role involves ensuring a seamless transfer process, replicating the existing ASANA setup onto Microsoft Planner and Projects, and customizing Microsoft Planner and Projects for optimal team collaboration. The successful candidate will also provide training to team members and ongoing support to address system-related challenges.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in transferring data and workflows from ASANA to Microsoft Planner and Projects (data entry and entry page set ups)
• Recreate ASANA setups, including basic workflows, task flows, and dependencies, within Microsoft Planner and Projects.
• Use data migration tools to streamline the transfer process and ensure accuracy.
• Set up and customize basic data entry formats for team use.
• Integrate Microsoft Planner and Projects with other Microsoft tools (. Teams, Power Automate).
• Conduct testing to ensure the new system functions as intended.
• Provide training to team members on using Microsoft Planner and Projects.
• Setting up requested admin controls for the purpose of quality control and appropriate usage.
• Offer ongoing support resolve system issues.
