Key Responsibilities Strategic Marketing & Global Growth Develop local + global growth strategies for the FinTech app, from market entry to dominance.
Lead geo-expansion plans : Conduct market research, regulatory assessments, and localization (language, pricing, partnerships).
Own app growth metrics : CAC, LTV, retention, and ROI across regions.
Drive app store optimization (ASO) and global storefront strategies (Google Play, Apple App Store).
Performance & Digital Marketing Scale performance marketing : Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, programmatic, and affiliate networks—optimizing for CPA and ROAS.
Master organic growth : SEO, content marketing, viral loops, and community building (Reddit, Telegram, Quora).
Deploy hyper-targeted campaigns using predictive analytics and AI-driven tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, AppsFlyer).
Brand & Creative Innovation Build a global FinTech brand through TVCs, influencer ecosystems, and PR (TechCrunch, Bloomberg).
Oversee high-converting creatives : UGC, interactive ads, and localized storytelling.
Partner with product teams to align in-app messaging with marketing campaigns.
Team Leadership & Scale Mentor a global-ready team (performance marketers, designers, data analysts).

Qualifications & Skills 7+ years in growth marketing, preferably in FinTech, SaaS, or mobile apps.

Expertise in Meta / Google Ads, ASO, MMPs (AppsFlyer / Branch), CRM (Braze / SendGrid).
Data-obsessed : SQL, Google Analytics 4, and attribution modeling.
