We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support / Sales Agent . In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving client issues, and identifying sales opportunities to promote our products or services.
Key Responsibilities :
Customer Support :
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media.
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution of issues.
Document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Sales :
Identify and act on sales opportunities during customer interactions.
Promote and upsell products / services based on customer needs.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Follow up with leads and prospects to close deals.
Provide accurate information on pricing, terms, and product availability.
Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in [industry-specific, e.g., e-commerce, telecommunications, SaaS, etc.].
Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
Familiarity with sales metrics and KPIs.
