Location : Remote - India, Pakistan, Nigeria, Kenya, Egypt, Ghana, Bangladesh, Turkey, Mexico, Brazil

Start Date : August 2025

Commitment : 20 - 40 hrs / week (min. 4 hrs / day with 4-hour overlap with PST)

Type : Contractor (1-month contract, with potential extension)

We’re hiring experienced Pascal / Delphi developers to support foundational LLM companies in training and evaluating cutting-edge AI models. You will work on producing high-quality training and evaluation data that helps improve how AI models understand, write, and optimize real-world Pascal code. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of software development and artificial intelligence, shaping the future of LLMs without writing ML models yourself.

What you'll do :

  • Design and maintain Pascal / Delphi code modules for training data
  • Refactor legacy codebases for improved clarity and performance
  • Create clean, well-documented code examples and instruction-based tasks
  • Evaluate LLM-generated Pascal code and provide structured feedback
  • Collaborate with peers on dataset reviews and quality assurance
  • Follow strict formatting and quality control standards
  • Contribute to prompt and tool design, helping shape model evaluation workflows

Requirements :

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Pascal or Delphi development (recent experience preferred)
  • Strong command of procedural programming, including type systems and structured blocks
  • Experience debugging, profiling, and optimizing Pascal applications
  • Familiarity with Git, CI / CD workflows, and testing practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Availability of 20, 30, or 40 hrs / week, with at least 4 hours / day of PST overlap
