This position is responsible for managing existing corporate clients, generating new leads and opportunities, managing the front-end sales, tender review, while also ensuring the achievement of sales target.
Requirements
- Achieve assigned targets by maximizing the revenue generation from existing, as well as new clients.
- Develop, build and manage a client base of export market by delivering presentations / introducing them to products and services being offered by IWM.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the export furniture market, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Understand customers' needs and expectations and provide appropriate options.
- Manage the front-end sales of the export business, with support from design.
- Ensure that all queries sent in by the clients are answered within 48 hours of receiving.
- Review tenders and prepare bidding documents as per the requirements.
- Co-ordinate with the costing department to ensure accurate and stable margins for the organization.
- Provide quotations to the clients as per their requirements, while maintaining a strong follow-up to close the deal.
- Co-ordinate with the SCM and relevant departments for smooth execution of deliveries.
- Ensures pre-delivery inspection of goods in coordination with the concerned before order dispatch.
- Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues.
- Understands and utilizes all internal software effectively and efficiently.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management
- Perform any other task assigned by the line-manager as needed.
