Senior Advisor - Engineering

Zenon are proud to be supporting a highly prestigious company based in Pakistan for a Senior Advisor of Engineering on a consultancy basis.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for leading the evaluation and assessment of all areas of the operators engineering and maintenance infrastructure.

We are seeking an aviation engineering leader with 20+ years in airline / MRO engineering, senior leadership experience in Base Maintenance or Powerplant, and deep knowledge of EASA Part 145, CAMO, and OEM standards. An AME license (EASA, FAA) is preferred. Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential, especially in a high-pressure and dynamic environment. Backgrounds such as former Heads of Engineering or Technical Directors at a national or regional carrier are especially encouraged to apply.
