Automate the setup and configuration of laptops and desktops within the organization
Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers and services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, etc.
Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery planning.
Monitor server health, logs, and capacity planning. Assess hardware and software needs for departments.
Evaluate vendor proposals and assist in purchasing IT equipment like servers, switches, laptops, firewalls, and accessories.
Maintain inventory and ensure timely installation and support of procured devices.
Maintain detailed documentation of IT systems, configurations, network diagrams, and procedures. Generate reports on system performance, software compliance, and procurement status.
