Job descriptionEducation & Experience : Bachelor and above (major in Electrical & Electronic, Telecommunication, Computer Science, Communications and Networking, etc.); minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Telecommunication for Wireless Integration Sound knowledge of 2G / 3G / 4G integration, planning and troubleshooting, preferably on Huawei equipment (e.g., BSC6900, 6910, BTS3900, BTS5900, U2020, U2000) Knowledge of wireless network architecture (2G, 3G, 4G) Understanding of site survey and site design key checkpoints related to wireless hardware and accessories Knowledge of Huawei wireless and power hardware (antenna / AAU, RRUs, BBUs, microwave, rectifier system) Understanding of design layouts, power rating measurement and accessory calculation standards AutoCAD knowledge and experience to design indoor and outdoor layouts (preferred) Hands-on experience with MS Office and 360 Suite

Responsibilities
- RAN (2G / 3G / 4G / 5G Network) planning & design & RAN implementation; degradation troubleshooting on LTE sites
- Configuration, maintenance, upgrades of BSC6900, BSC6910
- Configuration, maintenance, upgrades of BTS3900, DBSC3900
- Expansion of 2G / 3G / 4G sites
- Commissioning of OMU / BAM / BSC9600 / 6910
- Configuration of SDR (GUL) sites and swap
- Re-parenting of BSC / RNC
- Re-parenting of BSC / RNC and LTE sites
- Basic radio tuning of 2G / 3G / LTE
- 2G, 3G and LTE network performance analysis, alarm monitoring and reporting for all RAN products
- Bandwidth expansion of LTE sites
- License installation and application
