Prepare and manage annual / quarterly sales budgets and oversee daily lead management (Bitrix).
Drive new client acquisition while ensuring 98% client retention through strong relationship management.
Ensure compliance, accurate documentation, and timely project delivery.
Requirements :
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing.
6-8 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong track record in meeting sales targets and managing teams.
Proficiency in CRM / lead generation tools and excellent communication skills.
