Job Objective :
Technical Recruiter will be responsible to leverage strong technical knowledge and recruitment expertise to identify, attract, and hire top-tier tech talent that aligns with organizational goals. Aiming to build high-performing engineering and IT teams by implementing strategic sourcing techniques, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience, and collaborating closely with hiring managers to meet current and future talent needs.
Responsibilities :
Source qualified candidates for technical roles (e.g., developers, engineers, DevOps, QA) through job boards, LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, and networking.
Proactively build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical role requirements, team dynamics, and desired candidate profiles.
Draft and post clear, compelling job descriptions.
Conduct initial resume screenings, technical phone interviews, and behavioral assessments.
Evaluate candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate technical tests or coding assessments when required.
Schedule and manage interview processes with technical panels and cross-functional teams.
Ensure timely feedback loops between candidates and hiring teams.
Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams for smooth transitions.
Maintain accurate hiring records in ATS or recruitment tools.
Track metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rate.
Promote company culture and tech initiatives on social platforms and job fairs.
Represent the company at career fairs, tech events, and university recruitment drives.
Establish excellent peer relationships with internal stakeholders to solve problems, gain cooperation, and build trust and support within the team environment.
Engage and build long term relationships with talent that aligns them with current and future opportunities.
Identify and adapt to changing market conditions, skills, and clients based on current or changing conditions and learn how to react quickly to the change.
Open to continuous learning and seeking feedback and advice when faced with new or challenging situations.
Provide assistance in Payroll, Attendance, HR code of Conduct, and other similar HR matters.
Requirements
Prior experience of 1-2 years in the recruitment industry and experience in using cutting edge recruitment methods and tools in order to remain at the forefront and deliver the best possible experience to Procom’s clients and consultants.
A desire to deliver the best quality candidate in a high pressure and time-sensitive environment.
Proven experience working within a team and creating a positive work environment and communication.
Proven ability to utilize internal and online databases to source and identify candidates for current and future needs.
Working experience with an applicant tracking system
A positive attitude and a strong commitment.
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
