The Team : Contributor Account Management Team will enable you to become a successful professional and gain valuable global exposure by working closely with our internal stakeholders, research contributors, commercial teams, and our clients. We are a group of over 30 members with a global presence in India, the Philippines, Japan, the U.K. and the U.S.
Responsibilities and Impact
Lead, motivate, and support team members to enhance performance and foster a positive work environment
Set performance standards and conduct regular evaluations to ensure team objectives are met
Identify training needs and facilitate professional development opportunities for team members
Support customers and sales in pre and post sales activities in the effort to maximize retention
Manage our research contributor entitlement requirements, deepening our partnership with research providers, driving contributor retention, and helping to achieve our company’s commercial and product goals

Qualifications
College degree with a minimum of 8 years working experience in a global organization
Must be fluent (spoken and written) in English language
Minimum of 3 years of Client / Product Support experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Broker Research Access and Broker Relationship
Experience with financial data software / tools such as CIQ, CIQ Pro and VA Insights
Experience with CRM systems such as salesforce
Proficiency in MS Excel and working knowledge of SQL
Ability to present or discuss an analysis of the problem at hand and its possible solution(s) with partners of all levels
Possess exceptional listening, written and oral communication skills to facilitate communication and interaction with all staff levels and customers
Demonstrated ability to act as a role model, exemplifying professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to excellence
Enthusiastic / self‑motivated, ability to work on own and under pressure
Flexible to changes in a dynamic environment
