Prime responsibility of a MIO is to have secondary sales to providers and chemists. On a daily basis, he has to visit 15 shops and 15 providers. Achievement of sales target (secondary) of each SKU in his / her portfolio. Assign targets among each provider / clinic. Implementation of monthly sales plan in an effective way.

Job Specification

Monitoring : Monitor sales progress on a daily basis. Ensure submission of daily call report to respective ASM under copy to Head office. Ensure that all customers are productive. Maintain a purchase history of all providers including CMWs.

Demand Creation (Marketing) : Participate in different training sessions of the Commercial Team for skill improvement.

Skills and Competencies : Good communication skills.
