Overview
Nirvana Communication is looking for an Experienced HR Executive having at least 2 years' experience in an outbound Call Center. Preference will be given to candidates residing in ISI / RWP. This is a best-fit opportunity for recruiters with experience on U.K., U.S.A., and Canada telemarketing campaigns. It offers career growth with a fast-growing company.
Responsibilities
- The selected candidate will be responsible for hiring CSRs through various hiring methods and domains.
- Train hires as per the company’s proposed training material.
- Be well-versed in hiring techniques required for this type of job.
- Provide leadership for the team responsible for selection, training, and performance management for direct reports.
