SAP Developer

RED Global, on behalf of a Key Client Partner, is seeking two experienced Senior SAP CPI Developers to join the Integration Stream of a major Insurance Employee Central (EC) Implementation Project. The selected candidates will provide integration development and consulting services using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).

Role : Senior SAP CPI Developer (2 Positions)

Start : ASAP

Duration : 6 months +

Location : Remote (Candidates must be based in the DACH region – Germany, Austria, Switzerland)

Language : English; German language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities :

Analyze integration requirements and design end-to-end integration solutions using SAP CPI.

Develop, configure, and test integrations between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and other client applications.

Support the creation and updating of development plans, tasks, and deliverables.

Manage and track assigned tasks, issues, and risks using project collaboration tools.

Prepare and facilitate client workshops.

Provide expert guidance and best practices for SAP CPI development.

Document integration solutions and support knowledge transfer.

Ensure solutions align with global architecture, security, and performance standards.

Manage integration project plans, status reports, actions, risks, and issues in line with project methodology.

Proactively inform stakeholders of risks or issues impacting timelines, quality, or costs.
