About the Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Designer who loves crafting visuals, videos, and web experiences that convert. You’ll help us create and optimize high-performing creative assets across paid ads, landing pages, and marketing campaigns.
This isn’t a product design role - it’s a creative growth role. You’ll design scroll-stopping visuals , high-converting landing pages , and social-ready videos that help our brand stand out and drive real business results.
We’re looking for someone who not only designs well, but also thinks about why things work — someone who wants to grow in both strategy (what converts) and design (what looks great) .
If you’re someone who thrives on creative challenges, understands the psychology of good marketing, and can turn AI prompts into polished campaigns - we’d love to meet you.
You’ll Be Doing Things Like :
- Designing visuals for social ads, paid campaigns, and promotional graphics
- Editing and creating short-form videos for social and paid ads (YouTube, Meta, TikTok)
- Designing and iterating on landing pages that drive signups and conversions
- Collaborating with developers to design and launch high-performing website pages
- Creating visual assets for email campaigns, presentations, and sales decks
- Building brand systems : templates, reusable components, and style guides
- Collaborating with growth and marketing teams to interpret briefs and execute fast
- Reviewing performance data to understand what converts — and improving based on it
- Staying on top of design and marketing trends in SaaS and digital advertising
Our Ideal Candidate :
Has 3 - 5+ years of experience in marketing design, web, or video creative workBrings a strong portfolio showing graphics, landing pages, and video editingCan take creative direction and run with it independentlyIs motivated to learn the “why” behind what converts and apply that insightWorks quickly and iteratively - comfortable with testing, feedback, and optimizationHas an eye for typography, layout, and motionThrives in a fast-paced, data-informed startup environmentSkills & Tools
Required :
Figma or Adobe XD (for web and layout design)Adobe Creative Suite or Canva (for graphics)CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects (for video editing)Basic understanding of marketing funnels and conversion designBonus if you have :
Experience designing for B2B SaaS or tech startupsUnderstanding of performance marketing principles (A / B testing, CTR / CVR, etc.)Familiarity with landing page builders (Unbounce, Webflow, or similar)Experience using analytics tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4)Motion graphics or light animation skillsWorking Hours : 6PM – 3AM PKT
Full-time (40 hours / week)
Education : Undergraduate degree
Level : Intermediate (3 – 5+ years experience)
