Responsibilities :

  • Conduct research to identify potential clients and target markets.
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract potential clients for our investment opportunities and deal analysis services.
  • Reach out to potential clients through multiple channels, including email outreach, cold calling, and leveraging platforms like Facebook.
  • Manage and maintain a comprehensive database of potential clients and leads for our marketing services.
  • Qualify leads by assessing their interest, needs, and purchasing potential.
  • Negotiate / close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
  • Prepare reports of Discount & Incentive.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and leads reports.
  • Follow up on the sales orders with the sales representatives.
  • Making sales calls and contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email.
  • Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.

Experience required :

1-2 years of experience in Lead Generation and sales.

Job Specification

Requirements and skills :

  • Prior Experience : At least 1 year of experience as an Outreach Specialist, ideally in a software or marketing agency environment.
  • Outreach Skills : Demonstrable expertise in LinkedIn outreach, crafting of cold emails, and cold calling techniques.
  • Tool Proficiency : Hands-on familiarity with lead generation and outreach tools such as Apollo, Sales Navigator, Snov.io, ZoomInfo, Outreach.io, Lemlist, Instantly, or Woodpecker.
  • Email Outreach Platforms : Proficiency in deploying email outreach platforms.
  • Effective Communication : Strong ability to convey messages adeptly across diverse audiences, both in written and verbal formats.
  • Organizational Skills : Capability to manage and oversee multiple outreach campaigns concurrently.
