Develop sales opportunities via cold call and / or email

Listen to the client`s needs and act on them in real time

Develop new clients through market research

Update the CRM with new prospect information and qualifying questions

Obtain prospects information such as company name, contact name, email address, and other information

Communicate product descriptions, which requires getting accurate information from the prospective customer and interpreting it in a cold call or email

Follow up with the Marketing manager, providing a list of new contacts or to give Marketing Department a little heads-up about a specific customer request

Job Specification

Exceptional communication skills– both written and verbal– and the ability to build a genuine rapport with prospects over the phone promptly

Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities and / or project

Driven and resourceful in finding new approaches to ensure his / her message is resonating with potential customers

Ability to problem-solve and identify process efficiencies and improvements

Familiarity or ability to quickly learn marketing systems and tools
