Junior Warehouse Officer

Job Title : Junior Warehouse Officer You will be responsible for manage and support the efficient and organized operation of the warehouse, ensuring that products are stored, handled, and dispatched in accordance with company standards. The role is integral to maintaining the smooth flow of goods, from receiving new inventory to dispatching orders to clients. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in inventory management, and supply chain coordination, ideally within the fashion industry, with a focus on both eastern and western garment production. Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management : Assist with the accurate tracking, logging, and monitoring of stock levels, ensuring all products are correctly tagged, categorized, and stored. Receiving Materials : Receive incoming materials, verify material quantities, inspect for damages, and ensure proper documentation is completed. Issuance of Materials : Ensure proper and timely issuance of materials as per the requirements. Order Fulfillment : Assist in picking, packing, and dispatching orders in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring high standards of presentation and care. Warehouse Organization : Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, optimizing storage space while adhering to safety and operational guidelines. Stock Control : Conduct regular stock checks and assist with cycle counts, identifying discrepancies and supporting the resolution of stock issues. Stock Audit : Assist audit team in stock audits Reporting & Documentation : Assist in maintaining accurate records of warehouse transactions and assist in generating reports as required by the management team. Collaboration : Work closely with other warehouse team members, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise. Quality Assurance : Maintain high standards of quality control in the warehouse, ensuring that luxury products are handled and stored with the utmost care. Qualifications And Skills

At least intermediate or a relevant qualification in supply chain, or warehouse management is a plus. Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably in the fashion or luxury sector, is advantageous but not essential. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with various departments. Proficiency in basic computer systems and warehouse management software (WMS). Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A passion for luxury fashion and a commitment to upholding brand standards. Physical stamina and ability to lift or move products as required.
