Job Description : Assistant Accounts Manager
Responsibilities : - Assist in managing the company's financial records and transactions - Prepare and maintain balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports - Monitor cash flow and ensure proper financial controls are in place - Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities - Process and reconcile invoices, receipts, and payments - Handle general accounting tasks, such as accounts receivable and accounts payable - Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting - Assist with financial audits and tax filings - Maintain updated knowledge of accounting principles and regulations Job Specification
