Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) preferably in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics. Minimum 09 years of post-qualification experience. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in Oil & Gas or Public Sector. Responsibilities : Oversee the development and maintenance of Electronic Volume Corrector (EC 350) and Minimax systems. Lead the integration of modem technologies into electronic volume correction systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing technologies and systems. Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to EVCs and TOCs. Stay abreast of industry trends, advancements, and regulatory changes to ensure our systems remain cutting-edge and compliant. Efficiently manage the operation, maintenance, and calibration of EVCs, TOCs installed at CMSs, TBSs, etc. Oversee the operational integrity of natural gas measuring equipment especially EVCs & TOCs at Industrial Gas meter stations, ensuring safety, reliability, and efficiency. Coordinate and manage field activities related to the installation, startup, maintenance, and operation of gas metering equipment across the distribution network. Strategically plan and schedule tasks to optimize manpower, ensuring the timely completion of gas measurement activities in line with established schedules. Drive proactive planning processes to optimize manpower, ensuring the timely completion of maintenance activities for volume correctors. Conduct root cause analyses, document issues, and coordinate with relevant departments for prompt resolution. Carry out effective calibration / Joint Meter Check of Sales Meter Stations, conducted by the team. Develop and implement emergency and contingency protocols to swiftly address urgent complaints around the clock. Ensure precise gas management and accurate measurement by performing timely calibration of EVC / TOCs. Supervise the procurement of essential spares and equipment related to EVCs / TOCs and manage the procurement of spares in accordance with technical specifications and requirements. Develop, implement, and manage key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each responsibility area, fostering individual growth for team members. Develop, implement, and monitor budgets for Operations, Maintenance, Revenue, and Capital expenditure within the department. Conduct technical evaluations of bids through the procurement department.
