Ability to draft, maintain and implement company policy and procedures Execute complete recruitment process from job description preparation, posting ads to managing the selection process, induction and orientation Full execution of employee termination / resignation process including clearance and exit interviews Devising morale boosting activities to encourage, motivate and engage employees Performing Annual Performance Management and Evaluation process Direct disciplinary procedures in accordance with company policy Maintain attendance records and overall attendance / leaves related matters of employees Providing the necessary support systems for payroll requirements Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues Any other task assigned by the management.
