What You Will Be Doing

• Establish and nurture strategic alliances with local organizations that influence Alpha's target demographic.
• Provide partners with content, resources, and campaign assistance to execute aligned, high-impact local initiatives.
• Process and qualify partner-generated prospects, record relevant information in the CRM, and transfer them to the admissions department.
• Implement AI solutions to optimize outreach, automate follow-up communications, monitor partner engagement, and maintain precise CRM documentation.
• Enhance internal standard operating procedures, strategy documents, and FAQs to incorporate the latest field insights.

What You Won’t Be Doing

Key Responsibilities

Generate initial awareness and qualified prospect acquisition for new Alpha locations through remote, partner-orchestrated community outreach strategies.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD / hour, equating to $100,000 USD / year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
