Job descriptionRecord and modify customer information within the database Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns / queries Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company\'s customer service policies Other duties as requested You must possess a friendly and professional phone manner, basic technical skills, writing skills and learn an industry-specific database, and able to multi-task. At least 1 -2 years of experience in a customer-facing job. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Strong time management and prioritizing skills. Overview
Paragon Solution is a call center providing professional call center services to foreign clients and their customers in various parts around the globe, including the United Kingdom, Australia and the USA. Established over 8 years ago, our company continues to evolve and attract new clients. Due to recent expansion in our client base, we are looking for new staff to join our team!
About the role
This is a fast-paced position with high volume call levels. You will possess the ability to use a computer, problem solve, multitask, provide excellent levels of customer service and achieve Key Performance Indicators.
