About The Role

As a UI / UX Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing the user interface and user experience of our digital products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and product managers to create seamless, responsive, and engaging user interfaces that meet both user needs and business goals. Key Responsibilities :

User Research and Analysis :

Conduct user research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors. Analyze user feedback and usage data to identify areas for improvement. UI / UX Design :

Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas. Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and devices. Collaborate with designers to translate design concepts into interactive prototypes. Front-end Development :

Optimize UI performance for fast loading times and smooth user experience. Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic. Stay updated on emerging front-end technologies and best practices. Usability Testing :

Conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback and identify usability issues. Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results. Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the development process. Documentation and Communication :

Document design decisions, guidelines, and UI patterns for reference. Communicate design ideas and concepts effectively to cross-functional teams. Collaborate with product managers to prioritize features and roadmap items. Required Technical Skills :

jQuery React.js HTML CSS PHP MySQL Skills and Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or related field. Experience in WordPress and Shopify development is a plus. Experience with UI design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment. Portfolio showcasing previous UI / UX design and development projects is a plus.
